About Me

I am an agile development leader with over 15 years of experience in delivering value in a structured and organized manner across various types of projects, serving both national and international clients. Throughout my career, I have worked with both prescriptive and agile methods, leading squads with frameworks like Scrum and Kanban, and scaling agility with Nexus, LeSS, and SAFe.

My mission is to empower and enable teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet the needs and expectations of clients. I support the development team and the product owner in agile processes, consult on software development processes based on agile frameworks, and train and assist the development team in mapping the software development process.
